Writing Our World® Founding Teacher License
One clean writing framework for every student, K through 12.
Writing Our World® 3.0 is a mastery-based expository writing curriculum designed by dyslexia and learning behavior specialists. It works for your grade-level writers and gives struggling writers the structure and extra lessons they need, in 15 minutes a day. The first 1,000 Founding Teachers get the complete program at $250 a year for as long as you stay.
For the first time, every piece of Writing Our World® is finished and uploaded in one place: all eight steps, every slide deck and student handout, the assistive technology routines, and the new Written Expression Screener. This is the version I have wanted to hand teachers for years.
Why the lower price? Because I want 1,000 real classrooms and kitchen tables running the full program this school year, and I want to hear what you find. Founding Teachers get the complete program for $250 a year, the same $250 every year you renew, and you get a direct line to me as we keep building, and the Writing Our World® Training Library (video training for every step, launching by January 1, 2027) is included. Founding seats are limited to the first 1,000.
What you get:
- Steps 1 through 8, the whole program. From "what is a sentence" to essays and arguments a student is proud to sign. Scripted 15 minute lessons you read, not lessons you invent.
- Every slide deck, student handout, anchor chart, and rubric. Open the lesson, download, teach.
- The Written Expression Screener. A short pre and post writing assessment you can give whole group, with a scoring guide that makes growth visible to parents and IEP teams.
- Assistive technology built into every step. Speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and tool-supported revision routines, so students who struggle with the physical act of writing can still show what they know.
- The Content Integration Formula. Plug your own science, history, or literature content into the lessons so writing never steals time from the rest of your day.
- Written for any parent or educator to pick up and use. Whole class, small group, Tier 2 or Tier 3 intervention group, special-education caseload, or tutoring. K through 12: the curriculum is mastery-based and skill-based, so every student works through the same scope and sequence to multi-paragraph essays. Students who need more practice get up to five lessons per substep, and students who show mastery move ahead. No training required to start tomorrow.
15 minutes a day. Here is what it looks like.
- Open the lesson. The script, slide deck, and student handout are all right there.
- Teach for 15 minutes: I model, we practice together, students write.
- Then move on with your block. In my own after-school group in East Nashville, we spend 15 minutes on Writing Our World® before 60 minutes of the Wilson Reading System®.
- Teach it daily and you are through about 20 lessons in a month. Consistency is what moves the writing.

Proof it works: this summer we ran the program with real students in Nashville and Evanston, most with dyslexia, dysgraphia, or ADHD. Four weeks, about 20 lessons. Kids who started with one lowercase run-on finished with a paragraph that takes a side, gives three reasons, and comes back to the point. Their before and after samples are on our blog, spelling and all.
The terms, in plain English: $250 today for one year of full access. Your license renews automatically at $250 each year so your founding rate never goes up. Cancel anytime by logging into your account before your renewal date.
Our guarantee: teach at least 20 lessons and give the Written Expression Screener twice in your first 30 days. If your students' writing is not changing, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We can see progress through the course, so this is for teachers who actually run it.
Founding Teacher seats: 1,000.
